March 2024 - New Client appointments are in high demand at the moment, so there may be a few weeks wait for an initial appointment, thank you for your patience and support! Outside of our roles here, we provide nutrition services to a number of sports teams and organisations whom are also busy at the moment - including Phoenix Football, the Hurricanes, Pulse Netball, Firebirds Cricket and Royal NZ Ballet.

New Packages - Next Intake May 2024:

Due to very popular demand, our packages are currently on hold with the next intake of new package purchases is May 1st 2024. The Package booking system will open up on this date.
